Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when you get in touch with us. We may also receive personal information indirectly (for example account names on bank statements).
We use the information you have given us in order to reply to correspondence. If you have said that we can do so, we may also put you on a mailing list, so that we can send you newsletters, details of future events or similar communications. How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored by the trustees.
We will review the personal information we hold by 31 December 2024 and then by every third anniversary of that date. If you are on our mailing list, we will try to contact you as part of our review. If you do not confirm you wish to remain in contact with us, we will then dispose of your information (by shredding hard copies and deleting electronic records) unless you regularly give to the charity by standing order or similar arrangement.
